World-famous research activity “Superbrands” awarded companies that are selected as the super brands of 2014 with a spectacular ceremony. One of the most significant brands of Turkish industry, Kütahya Porselen was also among the super brands of 2014.

Pioneering the porcelain industry, Kütahya Porselen once again proved its success as the best porcelain brand of the world with its quality line that is conserved throughout all processes from production to sales; thousands of patterns and forms offered to its customers; investments made in R&D; social responsibility projects; developed technology and qualified staff members. As one of the most valuable brands of Turkish industry, Kütahya Porselen became one of the super brands of 2014.

TURKISH BUSINESS WORLD GATHERED IN THIS CEREMONY

As a well-known, reliable research activity recognized in 88 countries, Superbrands awarded the super brands of Turkey prizes at a ceremony organized in Grand Hyatt Istanbul Hotel. This ceremony hosted many important names of Turkish business world. As the General Director, Rüştü Düver received Kütahya Porselen’s award for being selected as the super brand of 2014. Congratulating the winners and their representatives at the grand reception, Superbrands officials explained the criteria that were taken into account while selecting the super brands:

“Besides the size of the company, its technology, investments, labor force quality, creativeness, investments made in branding and its sustainability, contributions made in social responsibility projects, environmental conscience, ethical values and of course its rank in tax generosity are taken into consideration throughout the selection process of super brands.” 2014 Selection Committee of Superbrands Turkey that has been operating for 10 years consisted of directors from the business world and NGOs that are especially associated with brand and branding issues.kütahya porselen

Superbrands Turkey initially detected 1023 brands in early 2014. This number was reduced to 300 by an expert selection committee. Nielsen made a consumer evaluation by conducting one-on-one interviews with 1677 persons in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir on these 300 brands. As an outcome of this evaluation, great brands of Turkey among which Kütahya Porselen remains were selected as the super brands of 2014.
